Darren combines extensive expertise in corporate strategy, M&A and capital management to advise business owners on operational, investment and funding strategies that optimise profit and maximise shareholder returns. He has bought and sold over 23 businesses in a career that’s included leading corporate development at Ardent Leisure, one of Australia’s largest leisure and entertainment groups, and investment banking roles at Macquarie Group, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan Chase. He is currently the Head of Transaction Services at Morgan Shaw, where he provides M&A and strategy advice to owners of small to medium size businesses.  

Darren holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Finance) at the University of Technology Sydney and qualified as an Australian Chartered Accountant with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.
