According to the Great Place to Work 2021 Australia National Employee Engagement Study, 96% of Ansarada employees say it is a great place to work, compared to 56% of employees at a typical Australia-based company. This difference demonstrates our exceptional employee experience and highlights our company's high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

The Best Workplaces in Technology List is determined using The Great Place To Work For All methodology, which evaluates employee feedback based on 60 statements on a 5-point scale and two open-ended questions. The study shows that 97% of Ansarada employees say they are able to take time off from work when they think it's necessary, 97% say management is honest and ethical in its business practices, 97% say they can be themselves at work, and 96% say they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company.
